Vegetable Paneer Korma

Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil, 6 tbsp broken cashew, 1 tbsp golden raisins, 1 tbsp garam masala, ¼ tsp white peppercorns, 4 cloves, 2 cardamoms, 2 finely chopped onions, 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies, ½ tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, salt and red chilli powder to the taste, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 5 to 7 oz cream, 1 cup yogurt, 5 to 7 oz of paneer cube, 1 large chopped tomatoes, 2 chopped carrot , 2 cups cauliflower, 2 cubed medium potatoes, 1 cup green peas, 1 cup green beans, ½ cup chopped coriander, 2 cups water.
Recipe:
In deep fry pen take two tbsp of oil and heat it at medium flame. Add broken cashews and golden raisins. Fry them for 30 seconds to 1 minute and put it out. Now, in that oil add cardamoms, cloves, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix it well up to the onions turn to little bit brownish colour. Now take cauliflower, carrot, potatoes and green beans in a separate bowl and boil it. During the time remove the onion mixture in separate bowl and grind it to make a paste. After making the paste again cook it at medium heat and add all other spices (coriander powder, cumin powder). Add some water to mix all spices well and also to prevent burning. Now add paneer and tomatoes to the mixture and mix it well. Now it’s time to add cream and yogurt and also add other vegetables (add salt to the taste). Mix all the ingredients very well and cook it for 3-6 minutes. Sprinkle coriander on the top and mix it well.
Serve it in serving bowl with roti or naan.
